The city has hired a real estate firm to help find a new city hall. Cushman and Wakefield Atlantic is taking expressions of interest for both buying and renting. The city wants about 34,000 square feet, plus storage space. Fewer floors than the current Market Square setup is preferred, with at least one on ground level with access to the pedway system.
