No municipal solid waste collection services will take place on Good Friday. Curbside collection of garbage, organics or recyclables normally scheduled for Friday, will occur instead the following day, Saturday, Apr. 15.
Residential curbside collection will proceed as scheduled on Easter Monday, Apr. 17.
Halifax Transit buses will be operating on holiday service on Good Friday, as well as Easter Sunday. Please note there will be no ferry service in operation on Good Friday, or Easter Sunday,
