Bail has been denied to a man on a first degree murder charge.
18 year old Daniel Downey is charged with killing Tylor McInnis whose body was found in the trunk of a car at a cemetary in North Preston.
The judge denied Downey bail and he’ll be held in custody at least until a preliminary inquiry in June.
