A Windsor teen has now been charged after that incident in the parking lot of Avon View High School tuesday.
The 18 year old has been charged with criminal negligence and dangerous driving after a 17 year old boy was left pinned under a car. His injuries were described as serious but not life-threatening.
Both are students there. Police are still trying to determine just what happened…but say there was apparently no altercation between the two beforehand.
