The judge has reserved his decision on whether a man, charged with killing an off-duty cop, breached his bail conditions.
29 year old Christopher Garnier remains in custody until at least April 18th. Police allege he breached release conditions when he wasn’t where he should have been when police checked.
Garnier is charged with second degree murder in the death of off-duty Truro police officer Catherine campbell in Halifax in September of 2015.
