Police have a 23 year old man from Lakelands in custody after a holdup at a bar on Spring Garden Road.
Police got a call to a disturbance and found two men holding a third down. They were told staff were emptying a VLT machine at a nearby bar when a man knocked over a staff member, grabbed the money and fled. Staff chased him down near Brenton Place. Nobody was hurt.
