A 63 year old Milford man is facing charges after a ten hour standoff with police.
It started Saturday afternoon with a man threatening to burn down a house on Bayberry Drive telling fire fighters he had a gun and threatening police.
A Crisis Negotiator finally talked him into giving up peacefully early yesterday morning. RCMP seized a 22 calibre rifle and took the man into custody on a number of charges. Nobody was hurt.
