The appointment of crown attorneys Katharine Lovett in Halifax and Steven Degen in Dartmouth was announced today by the Public Prosecution Service. Lovett is a native of Cole Harbour and graduated in 2015 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Degen, a Dartmouth native, graduated from the Schulich School in 2010.
