A 19-year-old male from North Sydney will appear in Sydney Provincial Court on May 1st, to face charges connected to graffiti in North Sydney. As the result of an ongoing investigation, police were able to identify the suspect as responsible for graffiti markings on several businesses and a vehicle; he is charged with Mischief (x5) as well as Uttering Threats to Damage Property. He was arrested and released on a Promise to Appear in Court, with conditions to obey a curfew of 9 PM – 6 AM.
