First recommendations from council on classroom conditions

The council on classroom conditions has wrapped up its first set of meetings with 18 recommendations.

The council held three days of meetings this week. The recoomendations including things such as giving teachers two days to respond to parent’s emails so classroom time isn’t disrupted and making changes to attendance policies.

Dartmouth High school teacher Michael Cosgrove told CBC ultimately time will tell…that teachers, students, parents, and Nova Scotians will be the judge of it.
