A businessman has been convicted of assaulting a 17 year old girl and not guilty of choking her…but the jury said it couldn’t reach a verdict on sexual assault, confinement and other charges against 41 year old Michael Kobylanski.
The lawyers will be back in court next week to set dates for a new trial on the four outstanding charges.
