The province has set up public meetings in the spring to hear from residents about their experiences during the ice storm.
Thousands went without power for days and will have a chance to tell officials in April how they think that could be improved. But the President of the Acadian Society, Kevin Arsenau, told the Times and Transcript the five 90 minute meetings from Richibucto to the Acadian Peninsula are not enough to gather the information needed….said it seems more like a public relations exercise.
