Christopher Garnier charged with breaching conditions

Halifax Regional Police has charged a man with breaching his release conditions this weekend.

At 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Christopher Garnier was arrested without incident by Cape Breton Regional Police at a residence in Millville and transported back to Halifax where he was held in custody.

Garnier has been charged with three counts of breaching a recognizance and is in Halifax Provincial Court today to answer to the charges.
