Two Monctonians have been charged in last month’s armed robbery at JM’s Convenience. 27-year-old Shantelle Isabelle Goguen-Liebeck and 26-year-old Develin Earl O’Blenis are accused in the January 18th incident. They’re due back in court today and tomorrow respectively.
