UARB reserves decision on Dartmouth bookstore needing more time to be up to code

The Utility and Review Board has reserved deciding on the case of a Dartmouth bookstore vs. the fire marshal’s office. CBC reports Doull’s Books was cited in November, and told to bring certain things up to code. One thing hasn’t been done: lowering the stacks, as most shelves go to the ceiling. Owner John Doull is appealing the amount of time he has to comply, and wants until July.
