Shubenacadie Sam didn’t see his shadow this morning, so he says it’ll be an early spring. Sam made his 8 a.m. appearance before a large crowd at the Shubenacadie Provincial Wildlife Park. He’s the first North American groundhog with a predication every year due to our time zone.
