Three men charged in “John Be Gone” have been found not guilty. 55-year-old Giuseppi Luigi Pettorelli of Sydney, 77-year-old Carl Hugh Ellison of Northside East Bay and 62-year-old Thomas Clevison MacDonald of Dominion are off the hook. 27 total were charged as part of a 2015 police crackdown on downtown Sydney prostitution, with others to be tried and some pleading guilty.
