TransCanada moves quickly on Keystone XL

TransCanada Corp has submitted a new application for a presidential permit to build the Keystone XL pipeline to cawrry Alberta crude to the U-S gulf coast.

The application comes after President Donald Trump signed an order earlier this week to expedite the project. He also included a new requirement for the pipeline to be made with American steel and fabricated in the U-S. TransCanada, based in Calgary, made no mention of that in its statement, just stressing that it would create thousands of American jobs.
