Two Valley women are facing charges after the SPCA seized 18 cats from an unoccupied house in the New Minas area.
Animal cruelty charges have been laid against Teresa Steadman and Johanna Steadman. The SPCA first got a complaint last August about abandoned cats in the house. It says there was so much debris in the building it took months to fuibnd and remove the 18 cats.
