Zeb Brown, a lawyer from The Valley; wil be representing Thomas Ted Barrett, a Glace Bay man charged with second-degree murder with the May 2012 death of Laura Catherine Jessome of Bras d’Or whose remains were found inside a hockey bag along the shores of the Mira River in Marion Bridge.
Jessome had been strangled.
Last year, Barrett was found guilty in the second degree murder of 19-year-old Brett Elizabeth McKinnon.
