NB Power nuclear boss making a lot more than his boss

NB Power has given up its fight to keep a top executive’s salary secret.

The utility announced Brett Plummer, the Vice President of Nuclear, gets about $650,000 to head up the nuclear program at Pt. Lepreau. That’s significantly more than NB Power President Gaetan Thomas makes, because NB Power had to hire someone with the expertise and experience to deal with nuclear power.
