A private funeral was held yesterday for Shanna Desmond and her daughter Aaliyah in Tracadie…the day after the funeral of Lionel and Brenda Desmond.
People remembered Shanna Desmond’s constant smile and the optimism it reflected…also a strong sense of determination. Aaliyah’s smile was also remembered as lighting up any room she was in.
