Mourners who gathered at a church in Tracadie yesterday heard Reverand John Barry say that only God has the answers to tragedies like the deaths of Brenda, Lionel, Shanna and Aaliyah Desmond.
Family members wailed in agony during the funeral mass for Lionel and Brenda Desmonde. Reverend Barry described Brenda Desmond as loving and kind” and her son as affable and friendly.
The funeral for Shanna and Aaliyah Desmond will be held today.
