Two men and two women were taken into custody after a standoff in the south end Wednesday night.
Police went to the apartment on St. James Street to make arrests in connection with a robbery in the area January 2nd, according to the Telegraph-Journal. The occupants refused to come out for about three hours until a negotiator talked them into giving up peacefully.
Two men, aged 30 and 45, are in custody facing charges.
