A Sydney man has been found not guilty of hiring a hit man to kill his ex-wife, but 53 year old Roderick Joseph Domoslai won’t be going free.
Justice Gregory Warner delivered his decision and did find Domoslai guilty of counselling to commit arson, perjury and obstruction of justice. Justice Warner says there was no corroborating evidence that Domoslai indeed hatched a plan to actually murder his wife.
A sentencing hearing will be held in March.
