A Father and son in North Prestonn have been fined for animal cruelty.

Warren Cain and his son Makell each pleaded guilty to six counts under the Animal Protection Act after 24 pittbulls and puppies were seized from their property in early October.  Warren Cain has been banned from owning animals for life and ordered to pay the SPCA $11,000.
