Legislation will be introduced tomorrow to eliminate the provincial education and tuition tax credits. Instead, the Tuition Access Bursary provides free tuition to students from families making less than $60,000 a year who attend public universities or colleges in New Brunswick. The credits would be out effective New Year’s Day.
