A woman was ticketed for an unsafe lane change after a vehicle/cyclist collision Friday morning in Halifax. Police responded around 8, when a woman riding a bike was hit while in the bike lane on Bell Road by a vehicle going that way, then turning onto Summer Street. The cyclist went to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
