The Canadian Red Cross says one man has been temporarily displaced after fire damaged a two-storey apartment building in Moncton on Saturday morning. Firefighters were called to the High Street residence around 730am and discovered a small fire burning inside a wall. No one was injured and residents were able to return to all but one of the four units in the building.
