The frigates are all done now.
Vice-Admiral Ron Lloyd, commander of the navy announced yesterday the modernization work on the last of the current frrigates has now been completed. The $4.3 billion modernization will extend the life of the 12 frigates until the new ships are built. Lloys says the massive project came in on time and under budget.
