Singer/songwriter Johnathan MacInnis of Northside East Bay has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual touching of a person under 16.
The offences are alleged to have occurred between August and November and involve a male complainant. MacInnis will be back in court January 16th to enter a plea. In the meantime he has been released on a number of conditions.
MacInnis was scheduled to perform next month in Sydney as part of his fifth annual Christmas show, but the show is now cancelled.
