51 year old Dale Rancourt, Klutzy the Klown, was in court briefly yesterday.
There was supposed to be a bail hearing on charges of breaching his release conditions while he awaits trial on sex charges involving an underage girl. Now the bail hearing has been scheduled for Monday.
