A Sussex man will be sentenced for voyeurism on December 19th. He’d pleaded guilty to that for making sex tapes of him and his estranged wife two years ago, after which he sent thumbnails to her new boyfriend. The Crown wants a suspended sentence, the defence wants a conditional discharge.
