A disturbing case of child abuse in Ottawa as an RCMP counter-terrorism officer was found guilty of abusing his 11 year old son.
The 44 year old man was charged after the emaciated boy was found by a neighbour.
The judge said he didn’t believe the father’s argument that he was suffering from P-T-S-D.
Evidence showed the boy was abused, confined; burned, beaten; assaulted and starved.
