A 28-year-old Sydney man will be back in court next month on dozens of charges.
Albert Roy Francis of Yorke Street is facing 23 counts of breaching court orders as well as drug and impaired driving counts. Francis was in court briefly yesterday and consented to a remand in custody until December 19.
