The future of Dalbrae Academy, Bayview Education Centre and Whycocomagh Education Centre are up for discussion as of tonight. They were up for review in the coming years, but the Department of Education has now asked the Strait Regional School Board to decide by this spring. All three face declining enrolment, with the first of multiple public meetings going tonight in Whycocomagh.
