Few New Brunswickers taking action to reduce home radon levels: survey

More than four years after a study revealed about 21% of New Brunswick homes have high amounts of radon, a follow-up survey shows most residents have done nothing to reduce levels.  Radon is a colourless, odourless, radioactive gas that’s generated naturally.  The initial Health Canada Cross-Canada Survey tested 14,000 homes nationwide in 2009-11.
