A west side man has pleaded guilty to a false police report. 29-year-old Peter Wells told them his Jeep was stolen in November, but then went in and took it back the next day. He ended up crashing into his friend’s vehicle after they argued, and he lied to cover it up. He was fined $250 and given a conditional discharge.
