The judge has reserved his decision in the indecent assault trial of Pastor Brent Hawkes in Kentville.
In closing arguments, his lawyer Clayton Ruby called the evidence against the pastor weird and unreliable.
Crown lawyer Bob Morrison said weirdness does not necessarily diminish probability.
The judge will deliver his decision January 18th.
