The victim of Monday night’s fatal shooting has been identified.
22 year old Tyler Ronald Joseph Keizer of Halifax was found in a car just before 11:00pm near Gottingen and Falkland. He passed away in hospital, and his death has been ruled a homicide. The investigation continues.
