NHL playoffs…The Oilers are still alive dominating the Ducks 7-1 and forcing game seven in Anaheim Wednesday. Nashville eliminated the Blues with a 3-1 win in game six.
The Raptors are out of the NBA playoffs as Cleveland swept them with a 109-102 win in game four. The Wizards beat the Celtics 121-102 tying that series at two games each.
The Hurricanes won their second straight against the Miracles 123-103 in their best of five series which now shifts to Moncton for game three Wednesday.
On the diamonds…the Blue Jays beat the Rays 2-1. The Red Sox slammed the Twins 17-6. Yankees edged the Cubs 5-4.
