A spending crunch for Campbellton is coming up, due to deferred spending.
Since that deferred spending over the years, there is now a lot that needs to be bought by Campbellton.
Some of that required spending is for paving streets and replacing sidewalks, and replacing the tandem dump truck, the trackless; and the half-ton truck, for the city’s fleet.
An application to the Municipal Capital Borrowing Board is the next step.
