An arrest warrant has been issued for a Miramichi man who didn’t show up in court in connection with a fatal accident a year ago on Route 11 in Kouchibouquac.
28 year old Daniel Clifford Hebert was charged in relation to a crash that killed a passenger in his car 51 year old Darryl MacKnight. Hebert was due in court yesterday where he was expcted to plead to impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death…but he never showed and the judge issued the arrest warrant.
