DESCRIPTION:Do you have type 2 diabetes or support someone who does? Do you live in Sydney or the surrounding area? The Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) invites you to participate in a conversation about living with type 2 diabetes in your community. We want to learn more about the community supports and challenges that impact you as a person living with diabetes. Participants will also learn more about the CDA and other local diabetes education and support programs.
