A Baddeck woman has enter not guilty pleas to drug trafficking charges.
20 year old Emma Fazekas will be back in court February 7th when dates will be set for a trial. She was arrested in September, along with another person, and charged with drug trafficking and breaching probation.
Investigations continue into the weekend drowning of a fishermen off Cape Sable Island, including one by the federal Transportation Safety Board.
The provincial Labour Department is also investigating the death of 44 year old Jimmy Buchanan.
The crew of the lobster boat say Buchanan was only in the water for a few minutes but they were unable to revive him.
