BBB releases top 10 list of 2016 complaints
The Better Business Bureau for Atlantic Canada has released its top 10 list of complaints in 2016. The top three by business are Telephone and Internet Services, Used Auto Dealers and New Auto Dealers. The bureau processed 1278 total complaints last year, with billing and customer service being the most common types at 38%.
