NS teachers job action back on

According to the Nova Scotia teachers union, teachers have lost their trust in Premier McNeil, so their work to rule campaign will resume today.

Union officials claim that the premier is backing away from commitments made in the new tentative agreement.

Teachers say that they want the government to make needed investments to improve classroom conditions.

Aftermarket vehicle lights warning

The RCMP is warning you about the use of aftermarket LED headlights on vehicles.

The use of the aftermarket lights that are not DOT approved is illegal, as they can almost blind other drivers that are going in the opposite direction.

If the lights were found to have caused a death on the roadways, it would be a serious charge for the driver using them.
