Alton gas case

The Nova Scotia Supreme Court has ruled in favour of a Mi’kmaq band in the Alton Gas case.  The province rejected the band’s appeal against the natural gas storage project, but the judge says that denied the band procedural fairness.  Environment Minister Margaret Miller will have to let the band review an interim report.
