Charges have been dropped against a Scotchtown man in connection with an alleged assault last May.
51 year old Charles Michael Hogan, of King Street, was scheduled to stand trial on charges of assault with a weapon, a pick handle and a mace; among counts but the crown has dropped them. The prosecution said some witnesses were not co-operating while others were not available.
