The NS Police Review Board hearing into threat complaints against three officers heard from one of them yesterday.
Constable Donald Reginato testified he was shocked to learn a complaint had been made against him by Stephanie Bonner and her then-fiancé, Edward (Ted) O’Quinn. The couple had been involved in a property dispute in Sydney Forks with neighbours and claimed they were threatened by another officer Constable John Campbell, the neighbour’s nephew.
The hearing was adjourned until Monday when Campbell is expected to take the stand.
